“ADF Design Award 2024” winners and award-winning works24 04 08 UP NPO Aoyama Design Forum (ADF), a non-profit organization, announced the results of the judging for the "ADF Design Award 2024", an award for architects from around the world, and has decided on the Grand Prize-winning work and the Category Excellence Award. The Grand Prize went to Angel Borrego Cubero (Office for Strategic Spaces). The Excellence Award went to Takashige Yamashita + YoungAh Kang (Takashige Yamashita Architects), Hiroshi Hamura and Yuki Hamura (NOA Environmental Design). Congratulations to all the winners.

“ADF Design Award 2024” Deadline Approaching December 22, 202323 12 05 UP The Aoyama Design Forum (ADF), a non-profit organization, will soon close its call for entries for the ADF Design Award 2024, an award for architects from around the world. The deadline is December 22, 2023 (JST). The award is a major design competition with a total prize fund of US$50,000 and a jury of five world-renowned figures, Emanuele Stamuli, Fernando Menis, Lorenzo Bini, Suzy Annetta, and Wiliam Potts, in the architecture and design industry. The winners will have the opportunity to attend the award ceremony in Milan and exhibit their works. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your work to the world.

【ADF Web Magazine】University of Michigan Engages American Campus Communities, RAMSA, and Elkus Manfredi Architects to Creat23 11 28 UP The University of Michigan has engaged American Campus Communities (ACC) in a public-private partnership (P3) to lead the development of a new residential community that will dramatically reshape Central Campus housing. Together with RAMSA (design architect and architect of record) and Elkus Manfredi Architects (interior architect), the team will create a new residential community with five residence halls totaling 2,300 student beds and a 900-seat dining facility—the largest of its kind among academic institutions.
