The 5th Edition of Design China Beijing is officially launched 22 08 09 UP June 22, 2022, Design China Beijing, the fifth edition, was officially launched by the team of Design Shanghai. Unlike the previous editions, this year's Design China Beijing will present a Sustainable Design China Summit , with a brand-new approach. It will be held from September 26-28, 2022 at the China World Summit Wing Hotel in Beijing. ADF proudly supports the Design China Beijing as a media partner.

ADF Design Award 2023 will be held 22 07 26 UP NPO Aoyama Design Forum (ADF) decided to hold its annual international design award again this year under the new name of "ADF Design Award" to make it more global.

The theme for this year's call for entries is "Design for Architecture". "World Architecture Community Awards" announces winners of 38th Cycle 21 09 13 UP World Architecture Community has announced the winners of WA Awards 10+5+X 38th Cycle in the fields of Architecture and Interior Design. WA Awards presents 56 different winning projects from 27 different countries with a fantastic mix of building types ranging from China to Taiwan, Australia to Egypt. ADF (NPO Aoyama Design Forum) proudly supports the WA Awards as one of the media partners.

Architizer Announces the winners of the 9th Annual A+Awards, the World's Best Architecture of 2021 21 07 13 UP Architizer, the world's leading online architecture platform, announces the winners of the 9th Annual Architizer A+Awards. Founded on the premise of democratizing architecture, the A+Awards is the industry's largest and most international awards program, recognizing the best architecture and spaces from around the world.

"ADF Design Award 2023" total amount of prizes determined 22 08 09 UP ADF (NPO Aoyama Design Forum) determined the total amount of prizes for the "ADF Design Award 2023". This year's award theme has been changed to "Design for Architecture," and entries will be accepted in five categories from August 15 to December 30, 2022. The entry categories are 1. Hospitality, 2. Commercial & Office, 3. Education & Sports, 4. Cultural Buildings, and 5. Public Buildings.

ADF Milano Salone Design Award 2021 21 02 16 UP NPO Aoyama Design Forum (ADF) has organized the ADF Milano Salone Design Award 2021 and announced the winners for the award on its website on 25 January, 2021. Congratulations to the winners; Takuto Ohta (the Best Performance Award) , Boey Wang (Outstanding Performance Award winners) and Alexander Schul (Outstanding Performance Award winners).

Singapore News February 2021 21 02 15 UP We have received a new report supported by GARDE! “NEON PIGEON”, a restaurant & bar modeled on an izakaya, opened at Carpenter Street in Singapore at the end of last year. It is a space that used recycled rebar from Singapore construction sites and oxidized perforated metal. And guests will be welcomed by a “NEON PIGEON” sign in Japanese text, made with many small bulbs.

【Final Call For Entry!】 Loop Design Awards 2021 21 02 22 UP The LOOP Design Awards will launch the second edition of its prize in March 2021, coming back with lots of new features and new trophies to celebrate the best in Architecture, Interior design, Landscape design, Product design and Architecture photography. LOOP is an open platform to creativity and talent, where all the participants may showcase their best works, giving them great visibility around the world. Aoyama Design Forum has concluded a contract with LOOP Design Awards as its media partner, and proudly supports the LOOP Design Awards 2021. Thailand News June 2020 20 06 03 UP We have received a new report supported by GARDE! The luxury hotel group Aman has launched a new retail concept at Amanpuri resort in Phuket, the very first property the brand opened 32 years ago. Designed by Kengo Kuma and Associates, the Retail Pavilion is characterized by steeply pitched roofs, in keeping with Amanpuri’s main design inspiration - the ancient Thai capital of Ayutthaya.

China News August 2020 20 08 03 UP We have received a new report supported by GARDE! In May 2020, the US-based eco-luxury hotel “1 Hotel” opened in Haitang Bay, China. FARM, a Singapore design studio that was responsible for the interior design, was inspired by Sanya’s beautiful nature of green hills, sandy beaches and sparkling waters and incorporated local lave tone and red cedar, reclaimed timber and steel from old fishing boats into the interior. While possessing eco-conscious, the textures, diversity and spirit of the island are expressed in space.

Milano News July 2019 19 07 19 UP We have received a new report supported by GARDE! The report features two new retail stores opened recently. One is ALBANO, a leading Italian footwear company's boutique which opened in Corso Buenos Aires. The second is a renowned luggage brand RIMOWA's new boutique opened at number 8 via Sant’Andrea, one of the most famous and loved luxury streets in Milan.

Thailand News August 2019 19 07 19 UP We have received a new report supported by GARDE! The report features Thai restaurant ‘Spirit by Jim Thompson’, situated in a lush tropical garden in Bangkok. The restaurant’s furnishings are all custom-made and make use of the famous Jim Thompson Thai silk, most evident in the beautiful pivoting panels which divide the spaces.
