【Ending Soon】Call for Entries! “ADF Design Award 2024” 23 08 22 UP NPO Aoyama Design Forum (ADF) is pleased to announce the 14th edition of the ADF Design Award 2024, an international design award organised by ADF. Award applications will be accepted from Monday 14 August to Friday 22 December 2023, must be received by 22 December 2023 (Japan time). This year, as in previous years, the award theme is 'Architectural Design'. The prize money will be USD 30,000 for the Grand Prize and USD 5,000 for the Award of Excellence in each category, with a total prize fund of approximately USD 50,000.

The Grey Apartment by Genre of Design 23 08 21 UP This bare minimalistic design style has often been referred to as timeless, comprehending to its history and fluctuating trends. However, the new wave brutalism imbibed here, quite opposite to its name, is in fact a lot more open ended, and is considered fairly versatile in terms of adhering to styling and personalities. This potential has been efficiently tapped in this, 2500 sqft apartment in Delhi, defined by a restrained palette of brass, exposed concrete, stone, and glass, reinforcing the exceptionally restrained yet luxurious nature of the build.

COCO WARP, Japan’s first full-scale virtual museum using cloud 3D rendering technology, opens in the Metaverse 23 08 15 UP NPO Aoyama Design Forum (ADF) commissions a group of engineers "Team MeTa3030" to open a virtual museum "COCO WARP" in the Metaverse after taking a year and a half. By using various cutting-edge technologies, we will provide users with an overwhelming reality and performance that goes beyond the limits of VR. As an opening project, the first public exhibition of digital art will be held from June 15 to August 15, 2023 (scheduled). We will exhibit the works of 6 artists under the theme "A distant human journey, the unknown year 3030 - Humanity meets other cultures".

The Winner of the ASA International Design Competition 2019 Report on the Visit to Japan 23 08 08 UP Phornphong Yanyadech, the winner of the ASA International Design Competition 2019 sponsored by the Association of Siamese Architects Nationals (ASA), visited Japan and shares his research report. ADF Award of MIID REKA Awards 2020 Winners Invited to Japan 23 08 08 UP Aoyama Design Forum (ADF) is pleased to announce the invitation of Wong Pei San, the winner of the ADF Award of MIID REKA Awards 2020. World Architecture Community Awards 44th Cycle Announces its Winners 23 08 01 UP World Architecture Community has announced the winners of WA Awards 10+5+X 44th Cycle in Architecture and Interior Design sections.
