【ADF Web Magazine】New Canada F1 Grand Prix Paddock Building

As part of a renewal agreement for the Formula 1 Canadian Grand Prix, the city of Montreal had to replace the existing temporary structures with a larger permanent building that would more adequately meet the needs of the event. The new paddock includes garages for the teams, offices for the International automobile Federation (FIA) and the promoter, a lounge area for 5,000 people and a Multimedia Center for journalists and broadcasters. All furniture and equipment are shipped from abroad and installed for the duration of the event.

MIID REKA Awards 2020 Announces its Winners ADF Award Goes to “House 68”

Aoyama Design Forum (ADF) has been supporting MIID REKA Awards since 2018 hosted by The Malaysian Institute of Interior Designers (MIID). MIID has revealed its winners of the award 2020. At this year's MIID Awards, ADF Award has been founded as a new award category. The commemorable first winner was Wong Pei San from the Essential Design Integrated Sdn Bhd, who earned this award with her garden sanctuary house, "House 68" featuring astonishing floating stair cases.

"Song Art Museum" is a private museum wchich exhibits collections owned by Zhongjun Wang, the founder of a major Chinese entertainment company and a famous art collector. The building won the Golden A' design Award for Architecture, Building and Structure Design in 2018, and the design firm Vermilion Zhou Design Group recently won the 2021 Architizer A+Firm Award "Best in Typology - Interior Design - Institutional/ Cultural" category for the building.
