Luxe Lakes CPI Island: The Average Temperature and Subtle Scenery Between Islands

The Luxe Lakes CPI Island Commercial Renewal Project is a collection of villa models located on the east side of Luke Island in the "Luxe Lakes Ecological City" of Chengdu. More than 20 former Luxe Lakes Villa models have been located on the island. CPI Island needs a revitalized urban renewal and commercial iteration to reset the idle old properties on these islands, activate the connection between waterfront, human habitation, and commerce.

The Portuguese architecture office Openbook won the Architizer A+Awards International Prize in the Bars and Cellars category for a project of the Ritz Pool Bar at the Ritz Four Seasons Hotel Lisbon. The Ritz Pool Bar in Lisbon is an integral part of the project to renovate the terrace and galleries of the Ritz Four Seasons Hotel Lisbon. It's a project developed under the premise of respecting the existing architectural design of the building, as well as its significant historical, heritage, and architectural value.

The design is combination between 50s bakery store’s elements, such as polished yellow-orange counter and beige tiles on the floor. And we will also introduce “Apple Store”. The third Apple Store in Milan take place of historical Milanese cinema Apollo and the glass fountain entrance is being a big topic!

In this is month’s Thailand trend report, we will introduce the new hotel.AKARYN Hotel Group’s Akyra TAS Sukhumvit Bangkok opened in May 2018. In guests room and restaurants, there is no plastic containers. And self-service drinking water is dispensed on every floor, guests can take their bottles with them on excursions and shopping trip around the city. Room’s amenities are in locally manufactured “celadon” pottery containers. This hotel is designed as eco-friendly hotel.

In the Amsterdam report, we will introduce “The Hyatt Regency Amsterdam” opened in April 2017, which was designed by Van Dongen-Koschuch, and as part of the transformation to a luxury hotel, part of the 19thcentury facades of the old building were integrated in the design, which is characterized by enamel tiles and feature windows.
