The Architecture Drawing Prize 2025 is accepting entries

The 8th edition of the Architecture Drawing Prize is open for submissions until 12 September 2025. Organized by the World Architecture Festival (WAF) in partnership with Make Architects and Sir John Soane’s Museum, the Prize returns after a two-year hiatus. Launched in 2017, it celebrates and showcases the artistry and skill of architectural drawings across multiple formats. NPO Aoyama Design Forum supports the Prize as an official media partner.

WA Awards 10+5+X 51st Cycle Winners Announced | World Architecture Community Awards

The World Architecture Community (WAC) has announced the winners of the 51st Cycle of its international WA Awards 10+5+X. This edition recognized a total of 48 winning projects across five categories: Architecture (Realised and Designed), Student, Interior Design (Realised and Student), representing 13 countries. ADF (NPO Aoyama Design Forum) continues to support the WA Awards as one of its official media partners.

Artwork by Tsuyoshi Sumi Now Available for Purchase
In conjunction with ADF Art Gallery Project Vol.33 “concorde,” a selection of artworks by artist Tsuyoshi Sumi is now available for purchase.
Sumi’s unique approach involves delicate handwork applied to photographs—such as slits and embroidery—bringing invisible sensations and the theme of “harmony” between people and subjects into visual form.

His works go beyond sight to engage the viewer on a physical and emotional level.
In addition to photographic pieces, this exhibition features a wide range of techniques, all created through analog methods that reflect the artist’s physical presence and acceptance of chance.

The "Dezeen Awards 2025," organized by the internationally acclaimed architecture and design platform Dezeen, is now accepting entries. The deadline for applications is 5th June 2025. Dezeen Awards recognizes outstanding achievements in the fields of architecture, interiors, product design, sustainability, and media. Open to professionals across the globe, the competition welcomes submissions from individuals, studios, and companies of all sizes. This year again, Aoyama Design Forum (ADF) is supporting the awards as a media partner.

“ADF Design Award 2025” winners and award-winning works

NPO Aoyama Design Forum (ADF), a non-profit organization, announced the results of the judging for the "ADF Design Award 2025", an award for architects from around the world, and has decided on the Grand Prize-winning work and the Category Excellence Award. The Grand Prize went to Boris Bežan (BAX studio), Mara Partida (Mendoza Partida studio). Hector Mendoza (Mendoza Partida studio, Maria Mestres (Mestres Wåge architects), and Magnus Wåge (Mestres Wåge architects). The Excellence Award went to Sofia Fors (Fors Arkitekter) and Fernando Menis. Congratulations to all the winners.

ADF Design Award 2025: First Round of Jury Members Announced!
