Dezeen Awards 2025 received over 4,300 entries from more than 85 countries. A total of 269 projects were shortlisted across 49 categories in architecture, interiors, design, and sustainability. The top five countries represented are the United States, the United Kingdom, China, Australia, and Japan.
The Interior shortlist includes leading studios such as Herzog & de Meuron, Foster + Partners, Olson Kundig Architects, Heatherwick Studio, and Neri & Hu. At the same time, many independent and small studios are also featured, reflecting the growing diversity and creativity across the global design industry.

Dezeen’s Awards & Events Director, Claire Barrett, commented: “It’s inspiring that Dezeen Awards shines a light not only on established architects and designers but also on emerging studios. In fact, over 60 percent of this year’s entries were submitted by small studios.”
The shortlists for all categories, including Interiors, were announced on Dezeen’s official website between October 6 and October 9, 2025. The winners will be unveiled at an awards ceremony on November 25, 2025, at Exhibition White City in London. Ceremony tickets are priced at 180 pounds for entrants and 225 pounds for general attendees.
