International Online Awards Open to Architects, Designers, and Students
The 51st Cycle of the WA Awards 10+5+X is officially open for entries, welcoming architects, interior designers, and students from around the world. The deadline for submissions is 18 July 2025, 23:59 GMT+0. Organized by the World Architecture Community since 2006, the WA Awards have celebrated over 2,450 winning projects across more than 50 cycles. The awards highlight creative, original, and thought-provoking works that might not receive attention from mainstream architectural media, providing visibility and fostering dialogue on global contemporary architecture. ADF (NPO Aoyama Design Forum) continues to support the awards as a dedicated media partner.
Eligibility & Categories
Applications are open to architects, architecture and interior design offices, and students. Entries can be submitted under the following two main fields, each with three sub-categories:
Architecture
Designed (unbuilt projects)
Realised (built within the last 10 years)
Student (conceptual student projects with supervisor’s name listed)
Interior Design
Realised (built within the last 10 years)
Student (conceptual student projects with supervisor’s name listed)
Evaluation & Jury Process
Judging is based on novelty, originality, and creativity, as well as participants’ explanations and community discussions. Two voting processes occur simultaneously:
First Round (10 winners): Voting by WAC Honorary Members and former WA Award winners
Second Round (5 winners): Voting by registered WAC community members
A total of 15 projects are awarded each cycle.

Basic & Business Members: 0 for Designed / 0 for Realised
