Omotesando has a renowned reputation as a source of innovative art.
The artworks are exhibited in our gallery in a great place where people with a deep understanding of art.

■ Overview of use
This gallery is a multipurpose gallery located in Minami Aoyama.
It is used as a place to exhibit and showcase the works of young artists.

Location: 5-2-1 Minami Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo ALLIANCE Building 4F
Opening hours: 10: 00-18: 00 (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays the gallery is also open, but consultation is required).
Rental area: Approximately 33��

■ Duration of use
Session: Up to 2 weeks

■ Usage date and time: From Monday to Friday.
Regular holidays: Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays (Please contact the office if you want to use Saturdays and Sundays).
Opening hours: 10: 00-18: 00- Last day is 10: 00-17: 00

■ Application procedure
If you want to use the venue, please send the application forms below to the secretary's office.

* Based on the contents you submit, we at Aoyama Design Forum will make an evaluation.
* If the exhibition is decided as a result of the review, we will contact you by email.
* We will not inform the applicants about the approval or disapproval of the evaluation.

■ Arrival and departure
Please carry in the items between 12:00 and 17:00 on the day before the opening.
Please carry them out on the last day between 17:00 and 19:00.
* Changes in loading and unloading time and opening time will be decided after consultation.

■ During the exhibition and event period, customers are responsible for managing their works, products, valuables, etc. Please note that we are not responsible for any accidents, thefts or casualties during the period.

■ Prohibition of exhibitions and events.
・ Acts that significantly damage the gallery floor, walls, equipment, etc. ・ Acts that are likely to disrupt public order ・ Customs ・ Acts that use a large amount of electricity ・ Dangerous acts that use fire or a large amount of water If ADF determines that there is a problem, staff may ask you to improve the problem, remove some works, or suspend the event, so please act promptly.

* Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are currently waiving food and drink at the entrance.
