ADF Art Gallery Project Vol.11 "Words of Sengoku Busho"

武田信玄 旗印「風林火山」

ADF (NPO Aoyama Design Forum) is hosting an exhibition "Sengoku Busho no Kotoba (Words of Sengoku Busho)" by calligrapher Yoshiko Nakayama as the 11th "ADF Art Gallery Project" art exhibition from December 17 (Friday) to December 21 (Tuesday) 2021.

Recently, the code of conduct "Bushido", which reflects the proud way of life and strong beliefs of samurai, has attracted much attention. In this exhibition by calligrapher Yoshiko Nakayama, expressions such as strength in delicacy, calculation in freewheeling, kindness as well as strength, dynamism and leadership, and the expression "Sengoku warlord" "preparation" and "faith" are projected on a small page. From the many words that inspire your heart, you can swing into a wild, strong and beautiful episode of the warlords of the Warring States period who moved history. Because they always feel that "death is right beside them, that there is a limit," their words, trying to cherish every moment, have clues for the present, to live with the fear of the future. Is not that how it is?
