SINGAPORE INTERIOR DESIGN AWARDS 2017 calling for entries now! This is the inaugural interior design award organized by the Society of Interior Designers Singapore (SIDS) which is in a cooperative relationship with ADF, with the primary aim to reach out to the international interior design communities. The award is divided into 2 main sectors, “Completed Works” and “Proposed Works”. Each sector has 12 categories, namely (1a) Residential-landed, (1b) Residential-non landed, (1c) Residential-show flats, (2) Hospitality, (3) Food & Beverage, (4) Rest & Relax, (5) Work, (6) Retail, (7) Exhibition, (8a) Public-institutions, (8b) Public-transport, (9) Installation.

Aoyama Design Forum, a specified non-profit corporation, has decided to participate in International Furniture Exhibition - MILANO SALONE 2017 to be held at Tortona, Milano. DFA Design for Asia Award The Hong Kong Design Center(HKDC) cooperated with the ADF announces the DFA Design for Asia Awards 2016. The DFA Design For Asia Awards which established in 2003 have honored and acknowledged the design projects and solutions that embrace cultural values unique in Asian societies, with consideration of sustainable development and of the use of the technology to improve the quality of life of these local people. ◆Application deadline: June 30, 2016◆ ※You are able to receive the 50% off from the normal registration fee HK$ 1,600 with a discount code, “ADF2016”.

MILANO SALONE 2016 FURNITURE DESIGN AWARD ! Aoyama Design Forum, a specified non-profit corporation, has decided to participate in International Furniture Exhibition - MILANO SALONE 2016 to be held at Tortona, Milano. We hereby announce that we hold a furniture design competition in Japan, and winning works will be displayed at the Exhibition. A theme of the competition is “furniture for enjoying your hobby". MILANO SALONE 2015 Lighting design competition Award Winner’s Exhibition！ Aoyama Design Forum is a specified non-profit corporation that had an Award as Exhibition winner of the lighting design competition which was held in Milan, 14th ~19th April 2015. The Grand Prize was“Moon Phase”by Chihiro Nakamura and The Award for Excellence was“Tsukimi / Hanami” by Toshiyuki Kawada and“ Lotus Light”by Atelier Shinya Miura. We would like to introduce the an overview of exhibition and the comments of the awards winners.
