The façade construction was awarded the "DGNB Gold Award for sustainable buildings" in 2009. The shopping center was planned by Chapman Taylor. The responsible project architect there was Ruprecht Melder. Léon- Wohlhage-Wernik Architekten was responsible for the façade design.
