	ADF Art Gallery Project Vol.49 | Koji Ochiai Solo Exhibition ¡ÈAgua y Viento 1980s¡É
	What Koji Ochiai Left Behind: Tracing the Legacy of an Artist Shaped by a Turbulent Spain ADF (Aoyama Design Forum, NPO) will present Agua y Viento 1980s, a printmaking exhibition by Japanese artist Koji Ochiai, as the 49th edition of the ADF Art Gallery Project. The exhibition will be held at GARDE Gallery in Omotesando from Friday, October 9 through Wednesday, October 21, 2026. An opening reception will take place on Friday, October 9, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. The event is open to everyone, and visitors are warmly invited to attend. 	Moving between two and three dimensions while exploring the space between "being" and "existing" ADF (NPO Aoyama Design Forum) presents artist Yukie Osa's solo exhibition "Being Here, Being There" as the 48th edition of the "ADF Art Gallery Project" from September 1 to October 7, 2026, at GARDE Gallery in Minami-Aoyama, Tokyo. Osa, an artist who travels around the world while depicting the two sides of everyday life, presents works under the theme "Being Here, Being There." 	We have received a new report supported by GARDE! At South Street Seaport in New York, on the piers at the southern tip of Manhattan that are always bustling with tourists, Italy¡Çs Balloon Museum has opened its first permanent location in the United States. Its inaugural exhibition, ¡ÈDAYDREAM – Air Becomes Art,¡É explores the invisible element of ¡Èair¡É through balloons, incorporating light, sound, and other sensory elements into large-scale installations. Visitors are invited to walk through, touch, and interact with the artworks, creating an immersive exhibition that can be experienced with the whole body. One of the highlights of the exhibition is ¡ÈSnowy/Windy/Spring on Planet Z¡É by world-renowned performance artist Marina Abramović. Combining a giant, inflatable grass-like sculpture with artificial snow, light, and sound, the installation creates a fantastical environment reminiscent of an otherworldly planet. As a new kind of art destination where visitors can experience art through their entire bodies, the Balloon Museum is drawing new flows of visitors to the South Street Seaport.

	¡ÚADF Web Magazine¡ÛX Architects Proposes Zayed Waterfront for Abu Dhabi's Historic Port
	Architecture and urban design practice X Architects has unveiled ¡ÈZayed Waterfront,¡É a proposal to reimagine Mina Zayed, Abu Dhabi¡Çs historic port district. The conceptual masterplan covers approximately 2.3 million square metres and is organised into three districts focused on cruises, business and resort activities. It would retain the area¡Çs working maritime character while extending public space from the Corniche into the port and towards Saadiyat Island. Plazas, promenades, water transport, cultural facilities and coastal planting come together in a visioning proposal, rather than a completed development.
