We have received a new report supported by GARDE!
The Kith Seoul Flagship Store moves beyond the display-focused layouts typically associated with streetwear retail, embodying the concept of “Residential Retail” by incorporating elements of a living environment. The interior is composed of multiple “rooms,” each distinguished by its own materials and atmosphere, creating a unique identity. This configuration allows visitors not only to shop but also to experience the brand’s world as they move through the space.29CM Seongsu Store is the offline extension of a digital-first curated platform, translating the concept of “content-driven retail” into a physical environment. By adopting a modular display system, the layout can be flexibly reconfigured to accommodate pop-ups, exhibitions, and evolving brand compositions. The experience invites visitors to navigate and select content in a way that extends the sensibilities of the online platform into the physical space. |
