	ADF (NPO Aoyama Design Forum) is pleased to present ¡ÈTOKYO URBAN PORTRAITS,¡É the 38th exhibition of the ADF Art Gallery Project by Nicola Maniero. The exhibition will be held from 2 to 13 March 2026 at GARDE Gallery in Omotesando, Tokyo.

	ARCHIDEX 2026 to Take Place in July at MITEC, Marking Its 25th Edition
	ARCHIDEX, Asia¡Çs Leading Architecture Business Event, will return from 29 July to 1 August 2026 at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC), Kuala Lumpur. Celebrating its 25th edition under the theme ¡ÈThe Bold Future¡É, ARCHIDEX 2026 will be fully consolidated at MITEC, offering an expanded and integrated platform for innovation, collaboration and business across the built environment sector. ADF (NPO Aoyama Design Forum) will support the ARCHIDEX 2026 as a media partner. Connect Hyundai Cheongju is a community-focused lifestyle retail space built around the concept of ¡ÈConnect,¡É linking people, the city, and content. Its restrained exterior and open fa?ade invite visitors inside without imposing a strong symbolic presence. The interior prioritizes lingering and exploration, presenting a new retail model where visitors can wander freely and encounter brands organically.

	¡ÚADF Web Magazine¡ÛWhen geology becomes art
	Roger Caillois¡Çs remarkable mineral collection, where science meets aesthetics, is now on display in Paris at the École des Arts Joailliers. The exhibition presents more than 200 extraordinary stones gathered during Caillois¡Çs travels across the Americas and Asia between 1952 and 1978. Fascinated by minerals as ¡Èobjects at the crossroads¡É of geology, art, and philosophy, Caillois saw nature itself as an artist shaping intricate forms through time and pressure. Agates, septaria, and crystalline structures reveal landscapes, patterns, and imagined worlds within stone. Blending scientific curiosity with poetic imagination, the exhibition invites visitors to rediscover the mysterious beauty of the mineral world.

	At the Venice Architecture Biennale 2025 in Venice, Italy, Deggendorf Institute of Technology presents the architectural installation "Flight into Shadow." The project explores how light and shadow influence perception, relief, and comfort within heat-stressed urban environments. Developed as part of "Keep Cool! – Workshop for Cool Cities," the installation is realized in collaboration with HFT Stuttgart Interior Architecture and the University of Stuttgart (IBK2).

	Perched on a steep hill overlooking the Arabian Sea in Anjarle, Maharashtra, Crest Nine by Sanjay Puri Architects is a community centre conceived as a recreational focal point for a gated villa enclave. Designed to respond closely to the site¡Çs dramatic topography, the building is embedded within the hillside rather than placed on top of it, allowing the architecture to appear as if it gradually emerges from the terrain.
