	Moving between two and three dimensions while exploring the space between "being" and "existing" ADF (NPO Aoyama Design Forum) presents artist Yukie Osa's solo exhibition "Being Here, Being There" as the 48th edition of the "ADF Art Gallery Project" from September 1 to October 7, 2026, at GARDE Gallery in Minami-Aoyama, Tokyo. Osa, an artist who travels around the world while depicting the two sides of everyday life, presents works under the theme "Being Here, Being There." 	ADF Art Gallery Project Vol.47 | ¡ÈCollective Madness: Why Do People Confront Each Other?¡É
	A Collaborative Exhibition Exploring the Structures of Social Division and Conflict Through the Perspectives of Science and Contemporary Art ADF (NPO Aoyama Design Forum) will present ADF Art Gallery Project Vol.47, a collaborative research exhibition titled "Collective Madness: Why Do People Confront Each Other?" by artist Shinji Mitsuzuka and scientist Kazuya Horibe, on view at GARDE Gallery in Minami-Aoyama, Tokyo, from August 28 to September 16, 2026. The two first met through Fundamentals, an exchange program connecting leading scientific researchers and contemporary artists. This exhibition marks their first collaborative presentation. The opening reception will be held on Friday, August 28, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Everyone is welcome to attend, so please feel free to stop by.

The exterior draws on Seongsu¡Çs distinctive industrial character to create a contemporary impression, while the spacious, open-plan interior is zoned by floor. The layout encourages visitors to move freely through the space and discover the brands at their own pace. YSL Beauty LOVESTORE is an experiential pop-up store that extends the brand¡Çs identity into a physical experience. Designed around the concept of a ¡ÈPink Supermarket,¡É the space incorporates the familiar display and merchandising style of a neighborhood supermarket into a luxury beauty setting, creating a fresh and unexpected spatial experience. 	Vancouver¡Çs latest mixed-use development, The Butterfly + First Baptist Church Complex, designed by Revery Architecture Inc., brings together high-density housing, affordable rental homes, community services, and heritage conservation on a prominent urban site. Rising 57 storeys and spanning approximately 605,000 square feet, the complex combines a residential tower, a seven-storey affordable rental building, and the restoration and expansion of First Baptist Church, a Gothic Revival landmark completed in 1911.
