We have received a new report supported by GARDE!

In May 2026, Central Chapelle, a new mixed-use destination, opened within the Adidas Arena in Paris's 18th arrondissement. Spanning approximately 3,500 square meters, the venue combines live performances, club events, dining, and a café within a single space. Conceived to connect the sports arena with the everyday life of the surrounding community, the project is centered on culture, food, and social interaction. It has attracted attention as a new type of urban destination that functions as a "third place" where people can gather and spend time beyond home and work.
In June 2026, French artist JR unveiled the monumental installation La Caverne du Pont-Neuf (The Cave of the Pont-Neuf) in Paris. Created as a tribute to The Pont Neuf Wrapped by Christo and Jeanne-Claude in 1985, the project transformed the historic bridge into a vast cave-like environment. As visitors walk through the installation, they are immersed in a multisensory experience enhanced by augmented reality (AR) technology and other interactive elements.
