	London Build 2026 Opens Registration for the UK¡Çs Largest Construction and Design Event
	London Build 2026, one of the UK's largest construction and design events, will take place at ExCeL London on November 25–26, 2026. Registration is now open for professionals across construction, architecture, engineering, real estate, sustainability, digital construction, fire safety and HVAC sectors. NPO Aoyama Design Forum (ADF) will once again support the event as a media partner.

	Chicago Build 2026 Returns Bigger Than Ever - The Midwest¡Çs Leading Construction & Design Show
	Chicago Build 2026, the Midwest's largest construction and design show, will return to McCormick Place in Chicago on October 28–29, 2026. The event is expected to welcome more than 30,000 professionals from across the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry. Visitors can explore over 350 exhibitors, hear from more than 450 industry-leading speakers, participate in AIA CES-approved workshops, discover dedicated networking zones, and experience the Midwest's biggest Festival of Construction. 	Thailand News August 2026
	We have received a report supporting by GARDE! Andaz One Bangkok has opened as Bangkok¡Çs first Andaz hotel within the large-scale mixed-use development One Bangkok. Developed as an urban destination featuring high-end offices, a luxury hotel, residences, retail spaces, and public areas, the project represents a new model of integrated urban living. Located adjacent to Lumpini Park, the 244-room hotel is based on the design concept of ¡ÈVertical Neighborhood.¡É Inspired by Bangkok¡Çs cityscape, shophouses, narrow alleys, and mid-century architecture, the hotel features a seamless spatial experience. Warm materials, wood textures, stone surfaces, and soft lighting create a relaxed, residential atmosphere. The hotel also showcases artworks by Thai female artists and installations incorporating local materials and traditional crafts, reflecting current trends in hospitality design.

	¡ÚADF Web Magazine¡ÛOODA Designs "DUAS Towers" in Albania Shaped by Local Geology and Landscape
	Portuguese architecture and urbanism studio OODA has designed "DUAS Towers," a mixed-use development in Vlorë, southwestern Albania. The two towers combine hotel, retail, and residential programmes, each rising 98 metres across 24 floors and a rooftop level. Rather than creating architecture that asserts itself against its surroundings, the project begins with proportion, material, light, and an attentive reading of place. Its façades are clad in Tomorri marble selected through a study of Albania's geology, connecting the architecture directly to the landscape between the mountains and the sea.

	The 15th edition of Jerusalem Design Week (JDW), Israel¡Çs leading public event for contemporary design, took place from July 9 to 16, 2026, at the historic Hansen House in Jerusalem. Under the theme ¡ÈMatch Point,¡É the week brought together more than 100 designers and featured dozens of newly commissioned exhibitions, installations and projects exploring the relationship between sport and contemporary culture.
