| Berlin News November 2025 |
We have received a new report supported by GARDE!
Built in 1914, Villa Kellermann is located in Potsdam, a suburb of Berlin. This opulent residence on the shores of Lake Heiliger See-home to palaces such as the Marmorpalais and Cecilienhof-has been reimagined by Berlin’s renowned architect Ester Bruzkus. Each of the four distinct spaces features its own color scheme, creating an interior that feels elegant, contemporary, and inviting. The chic salon, anchored in Prussian blue, includes playful touches-such as wallpaper that appears blue with white polka dots at first glance but reveals elephants upon closer inspection. The sofas and chairs share the same materials but vary in design and color, softening the formality often associated with high-end establishments. The result is a light, comfortable space that transcends the building’s over 100-year history. |
