	Berlin News September 2025
	We have received a new report supported by GARDE! In 1969, a 220-meter television tower was constructed in East Berlin. At the heart of its silver-colored sphere lies an observation deck and restaurant, offering a full 360-degree view of Berlin every 30 minutes and making it one of the city¡Çs most popular attractions. The observation restaurant has since been renovated and reopened as Sphere Tim Raue, now regarded as Berlin¡Çs premier dining destination under the direction of star chef Tim Raue, generating significant buzz. A Shell gas station built in 1956 has likewise been transformed into a gallery and café. Despite its location on a busy main street and beside an elevated railway, the venue provides a calm, house-like atmosphere surrounded by greenery, drawing a steady flow of visitors.

	Call For Entries ¡ÈADF Design Award 2026¡É
	NPO Aoyama Design Forum (ADF) is pleased to announce the ¡ÈADF Design Award 2026¡É, the 16th annual international design award organized by ADF. Award submissions will be accepted from Friday, August 15, 2025, to Friday, December 19, 2025 (JST). There will be a Grand Prize of US$10,000 and two Awards of Excellence of US$5,000 from all categories, for approximately US$20,000. The ADF Design Awards is an excellent opportunity to showcase your design work to the world.

	Chicago Build Expo 2025 to be Held in Chicago
	Promoting Diversity and Equality in the Midwest¡Çs Built Environment The Midwest¡Çs largest construction show, Chicago Build Expo 2025, will take place from October 29 to 30, 2025, at McCormick Place Hall D2 in Chicago. The event will welcome more than 30,000 attendees, 350+ exhibitors, and 400+ speakers across 13 conference tracks, covering fields such as architecture, real estate, digital construction, and sustainability. In addition to conferences, the expo will also feature live music, performances, food and drink tastings, creating a large-scale platform for networking and knowledge exchange. ADF (Aoyama Design Forum) will support "Chicago Build Expo 2025" as a media partner.

	¡ÉWorld Architecture Festival 2025¡É to Be Held in Miami for the First Time
	The World Architecture Festival (WAF) will be held in the United States for the first time in its 18-year history. Taking place from November 12 to 14, 2025, at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Florida, the festival will welcome architects and designers from around the world for three days of live awards judging, talks, exhibitions, and networking. Aoyama Design Forum (ADF) is proud to serve as an official media partner for the 2025 edition.
