Celebrating the People Behind the Projects

Architizer, the world's largest online platform for architecture, has announced the official opening of the 15th Annual Architizer A+Awards, honoring the year's best buildings and spaces. Entries submitted through the dedicated website by October 23, 2026, are eligible for Early Bird Pricing. NPO Aoyama Design Forum (ADF) proudly supports the A+Awards as a media partner of Architizer.

The 15th Annual A+Awards will honor the thinkers, collaborators, and makers whose judgment, empathy, and imagination shape the built environment. The world's leading architecture and design firms embrace new tools while remaining grounded in the human side of design, where cultural sensitivity and close collaboration are just as important as technical expertise.

This season, the awards will spotlight projects shaped by visionary clients and interdisciplinary teams who put people at the center of the design process.

With more than 100 award categories covering a wide range of architectural typologies, design concepts, and firm types, the A+Awards offer numerous opportunities for recognition. Categories include:

・Residential, commercial, cultural, and institutional architecture
・Interiors, landscape architecture, and infrastructure
・Dedicated categories for conceptual and unbuilt projects
・Best Firm Awards recognizing outstanding architectural practices

In addition, select winners from across all categories will be featured in a special issue of METROPOLIS magazine.
