

NPO Aoyama Design Forum (ADF) announces the third release of jury members for the ADF Design Award 2026, the 16th annual international design award organized by ADF.
Following the previously announced seven jury members, ADF introduces three additional professionals as part of the third jury announcement for the ADF Design Award 2026. Together, the jury represents a diverse range of global perspectives across architecture and design.
Kelly Tan / Acting Director of Industry, DesignSingapore Council

As Acting Director of Industry at DesignSingapore Council, Singapore’s national agency for design, Kelly Tan leads initiatives to grow globally competitive design firms and designers. Her work focuses on strengthening the international business competitiveness of Singapore’s design sector through unique value propositions, enhanced business capabilities, and global profiling.
With experience at global brands and local enterprises such as Eight Inc., Banyan Group, and the Singapore Tourism Board, she brings industry expertise and a multidisciplinary perspective to purpose-driven strategy, brand storytelling, and design-led innovation.
Kelly holds a Master of Commerce from the University of Sydney. Her background in social science and psychology informs her human-centered approach to leadership, creativity, and personal development.
Heather Dubbeldam / Principal, Dubbeldam Architecture + Design

Heather Dubbeldam is a fourth-generation architect and the principal of Dubbeldam Architecture + Design, a Canadian studio recognized for its innovative and sustainable projects.
Her forward-thinking design approach, commitment to environmental and social sustainability, and belief in architecture as a catalyst for change have established her as one of Canada’s leading architects.
She has received over 100 awards, including the Professional Prix de Rome and the RAIC Architectural Practice Award. Most recently, her studio was named “Small Firm of the Year (Global)” at the 2025 Architizer A+Awards.
Her work has been widely published internationally and was exhibited at the Venice Architecture Biennale in 2023, where she represented one of nine internationally recognized women-led firms.
Mark Olthoff / Principal, Owner, Olson Kundig

Mark Olthoff has over 30 years of experience and a strong foundation in culturally sensitive, contextually appropriate, and innovative architecture.
Since joining Olson Kundig in 2003, he has worked on a diverse, award-winning portfolio that includes residential, hospitality, commercial, workplace, and cultural projects across the United States and internationally.
Nicola Maniero / Architect, Partner, Kengo Kuma and Associates

Nicola Maniero is an architect and photographer. He graduated from IUAV University of Venice in 2008 with a Master’s degree in Sustainable Architecture and later served as a contract researcher.
Based in Japan since 2010, he joined Kengo Kuma and Associates and became a Partner in 2023. As a photographer, his work explores the emotional and spatial tensions of contemporary cities through a distinct architectural sensibility.
